# Subcontractors & Subprocessors

To support delivery of our Services, Third Path Technology Group LLC ("Third Path Technology Group", "we", "us", and "our") may engage and use sub-contractors and sub-processors. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the [Privacy Policy](https://thirdpathtechnology.com/privacy?hsLang=en) or superseding written agreement between Customer and Third Path Technology Group LLC (the **“Agreement“**).
**Our Commitment to Transparency and Trust**
At Third Path Technology Group, we believe you should always know who has access to your data and why. This page discloses the third-party subcontractors and subprocessors we engage to deliver our managed IT, cybersecurity, and consulting services, along with the strong safeguards we require from each.
**What is a Subprocessor?**
A subprocessor is a third-party vendor or partner that we authorize to process personal data or access client systems on our behalf, solely to provide the services outlined in your agreement with us. We only engage subprocessors when necessary for functionality, performance, security, or support, and we never sell your data.
